Since 2018, SkillPack (formerly known as WrkForce) has been dedicated to helping individuals develop their skills and explore non-traditional job opportunities, particularly in the tech sector. The decision to rebrand arose due to surging demand for work and increased freelance sign-ups, which exposed challenges in terms of unclear messaging regarding the company's services, the process for securing freelance work, and payment methods. As the creative director leading this rebranding effort, I collaborated with internal teams to identify and address these pain points, ultimately culminating in the selection of the final "SkillPack" brand name.
Below I've provided a brief creative walkthrough of the branding journey in several stages from concepts to visiting potential company names and logos: Jobali, Globali, SkillSoar, and taskPack until we land on the final "SkillPack" brand
